HOW IT WORKS!
- Just proceed to the Student / Guest page and click on FULL SERVE application.
- Complete the detailed application form and submit.
- VHS will use its years of experience to find the accommodation that best meets your needs and present you with descriptions and pictures of available accommodations.
- Once you have come to a decision and would like to make a reservation, the Placement Fee, one month Accommodation Fee (or part thereof) and the Damage Deposit in the case of Shared Accommodation and Independent Accommodation has to be deposited to our account.
- When funds have been cleared by our bank, you will receive the Accommodation Provider's address and contact information.
- The funds are held in trust by VHS until 5 business days after your arrival. At that time the Accommodation Provider receives the agreed upon Homestay Fee or Accommodation Fee and Damage Deposit.
- The next month's Homestay Fee or Accommodation Fee is payable directly to your Accommodation Provider.
