HOW IT WORKS!
Don't pay until you find it!
- Start with a Free Search of all listings
- Go to the Search page and enter your parameters.
- To contact the Providers you are interested in, you have to register and create a log-in name and password.
- Submit your "Request for Accommodation" to the chosen Providers.
- The Providers will get in touch with you through our secure Mail Centre (your name and contact information will not be visible to the Provider) to confirm availability.
- When agreement is reached with one of the Providers, please proceed to the reservation page.
- Payment to Vancouver ESL Homestay Inc. (VHS) is due immediately to reserve your accommodation (Search Fee, 1 month or portion of 1 month Homestay Fee or Accommodation Fee and Damage Deposit).
- When funds have been cleared by our bank, you will receive the Accommodation Provider's address and contact information.
- The funds are held in trust by VHS until 5 business days after your arrival. At that time the Accommodation Provider receives the agreed upon Homestay Fee or Accommodation Fee and Damage Deposit.
- The next month's Homestay Fee or Accommodation Fee is payable directly to your Accommodation Provider.
