Service Charge

5 % of bookings under 1 month.
10 % of the first month Accommodation Fee for bookings of 1 month or more.

Payable when your Student/Guest has arrived.

Payment Details

5 business days after receiving notice from you that your Student/Guest has arrived, a cheque will be mailed to you in an amount equal to:

• the first month Homestay or Accommodation Fee (as the case may be)
• PLUS
• in the case of Shared Accommodation and Independent Accommodation, a Damage Deposit in an amount equal to 50 % of the Accommodation Fee
• MINUS
• Service Charges as stated above

After the first month the Student/Guest pays the Accommodation Provider directly. Payment date is the same day of the month that the Student/Guest arrived.
