VHS is only responsible for publishing listings and relies on the integrity and responsibility of the listing parties. VHS does not verify the existence or content of any property and does not guarantee a booking of any kind. VHS is not responsible for the accuracy of the home listings, and disclaims any responsibility for the accuracy, content, or availability of information accessed or linked to through use of this service. Users of all VHS services take sole responsibility for any and all agreements reached through the use of this site. Certain parts of the providers' information (as advised in the Accommodation Provider Profile) will be available for public viewing by visitors to the website. However, contact details (Accommodation Providers and Students/Guests) will only be available after an accommodation has been reserved and then only after deposits have been cleared by our bank. VHS shall not be liable for any damages or injury resulting from your access to, or inability to access, this Internet site, or from your reliance on any information provided in the site. This publication is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This Internet site may provide links or reference to other sites, but VHS has no responsibility for the content of such other sites and shall not be liable for any damages or injury arising from that content. Any links to other sites are provided merely as a convenience to the users of this Internet site.

Use of site is solely for the purpose of arranging accommodation between Students/Guests and registered Accommodation Providers.
All content within this site, including information in each property listing, is available for the express purpose of arranging accommodation bookings between visitors to this site and Accommodation Providers. Information contained herein is private and not in the public domain. Members may not use any content from this site for any solicitations, or for any commercial use. Data mining of information from this site, and collecting or storing personal information about members, is prohibited.

Intellectual Property
This accommodation booking web site and all content contained herein is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, international treaties and/or other proprietary rights and international law. All individual elements making up the site are also copyrighted works. You agree to abide by all applicable copyright and other laws, as well as any additional copyright notices or restrictions contained in the site. Copying any content from this site to any other site, or reselling, distributing, or publishing that content in any way is prohibited. Any violation of this paragraph shall subject the violator to severe penalties.

Confidentiality Agreement and Legal Notice
VHS does not share, sell, or lease any personal information to a third party. Your personal information is used solely to conclude a reservation between a guest and an accommodation provider.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VHS, its officers, directors, shareholders, and agents, from any injury or damage suffered directly or indirectly as a result of your use of the VHS website and accommodation service, including but not limited to any claims for injury or damage to person or property arising from a property you own; any claims for injury or damage to person or property arising from a property transaction to which you are a party; a violation of the Terms and Conditions of Use by you or anyone using your computer (or account, where applicable);
a claim that any use of the service by you or someone using your computer (or account, where applicable) infringes any property right of any third party; any misrepresentation by you; or any breach of any agreement to be performed by you. You agree to pay any and all costs, damages and expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable legal fees and costs awarded against or otherwise incurred by or in connection with or arising from any such claim, suit, action or proceeding attributable to any such claim.

Right of VHS to terminate
We reserve the right to cancel any Accommodation Provider listing for any reason, including misuse of the site, an action we feel compromises the security of the site, or an action we feel is detrimental to VHS. Any photos you submit to VHS may be used for promotional or other purposes by VHS.

Right to assign
VHS may assign its rights to this Agreement without the providers' consent. If VHS assigns its rights, is sold to another entity, or enters into an agreement with another company to share listings, VHS or its successor will give notice to the member who may opt out by terminating his or her listing.

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and VHS, and supercede any and all prior agreements, whether oral or written, except as expressly provided. This Agreement may not be modified, supplemented, or changed, and no provision herein may be deemed waived, in whole or in part, except by a written instrument. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Use is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions shall remain in force.
